Irv Esters is the Graduate Coordinator and Department Head for the Department of Counseling.
Biography
Irv Esters is Professor and Department Head of Counseling at the ÐÓ°ÉרÇø where he has lead a team of faculty in educating Mental Health Counselors and School Counselors for more than 25 years.
He received a BachelorÐÓ°ÉרÇø™s degree in Education and a MasterÐÓ°ÉרÇø™s degree in Counseling from McNeese State ÐÓ°ÉרÇø and earned the Ph.D. in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Ole Miss. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC Supervisor in Louisiana.
