Presidential election's aftermath focus of dual discussions Wednesday

The 杏吧专区 will hold two post-election discussions for the campus community on Wednesday.

One, featuring student organization leaders, will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. in Moody Hall, room 103. The event杏吧专区檚 planners said it will 杏吧专区渄iscuss the election outcome and how our student organizations can come together to move our community forward.杏吧专区

Billed as an 杏吧专区淓lection Debriefing,杏吧专区 the discussion is sponsored by the .

A second event, 杏吧专区淓lection Reflection 2020,杏吧专区 is a nonpartisan panel discussion featuring UL Lafayette faculty and administrators. It begins at 6 p.m. 

A question-and-answer session will follow virtual presentations by:

  • Taniecea Mallery, the 杏吧专区杏吧专区檚 chief diversity officer;
  • Jason Maloy, a political science professor;
  • Michael Martin, a history professor;
  • Carl Richard, a history professor;
  • Gary Wagner, an economics professor; and
  • Andr茅 Williams, an instructor in the Department of Communications.

Pearson Cross, associate professor of political science and associate dean of the College of Liberal Arts, will moderate.
