Moody College of Business launches slogan competition

The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration wants students, faculty and staff members at the 杏吧专区 to craft catchy slogans that could be used to market the college and its programs.

Entries for the college杏吧专区檚 slogan competition will be accepted from 9 a.m. on Sept. 8 until 6 p.m. on Sept. 17. Original slogan ideas can be submitted via a Web form at .

The Web page lists contest rules, guidelines and tips that include a suggested length of three to seven words. Contestants also are encouraged to learn more about the Moody College of Business, and to consider key messages about the 杏吧专区杏吧专区檚 mission and purpose. Those messages include:

杏吧专区 we杏吧专区檙e committed to research for a reason;
杏吧专区 this is our time, and we杏吧专区檙e determined to make the most of it;
杏吧专区 we have a gift for bringing people together;
杏吧专区 we杏吧专区檙e eager to share what we杏吧专区檙e learning;
杏吧专区 we teach the real meaning of joie de vivre; and
杏吧专区 our Ragin杏吧专区 Cajun spirit goes beyond athletics.

Potential prizes include a total of $1,500 in retail gift certificates to Best Buy, with $500 for first place. A selection committee will determine winners. If no entries are deemed of sufficient quality, prizes will be forfeited. In the case of multiple entries of the same slogan, the first one submitted would receive the prize if selected as one of the top entries.

It offers nine undergraduate degrees and multiple graduate programs including a Masters of Business Administration, an MBA with Health Care Administration concentration, an Executive MBA and the new Masters in Accounting and Graduate Business Certificate programs.
