�Ӱ�ר���(NASA) put me to work on the lunar module. This was in the middle of Gemini, so they hadn't begun to fly the Apollo vehicles yet. I started at the ground level of developing the mechanics for flying the lunar module.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I knew I wanted to be a therapist. I chose sociology and psychology because I had a passion to learn more about human behavior and interactions. I was always intrigued and driven to understand why people do what they do and what influences that.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���It is such a bright spot that it is really often times overlooked. The school, the professors, and the people and fellow economists �Ӱ�ר��� I could not imagine a better program and one that�Ӱ�ר���s more grounded in the human aspect of economics.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���My long-term career goal was to become a financial advisor, so I�Ӱ�ר���m thrilled that I was able to accept that position at 25 years old.�Ӱ�ר��� 

�Ӱ�ר���You just have to learn to do what you love and be honest with who you are. Put something out there that is kind of a reflection of your own beliefs and a reflection of your own self.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���From planning a charitable event in undergrad to collaborating with MBA students from all over the world to develop a business plan, the majority of my learning at UL Lafayette came from hands-on experience.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I was able to transition into a full-time role because of how hard I worked when I was an intern. I was excited to be chosen among all of the applicants for my internship and I�Ӱ�ר���m thankful to the �Ӱ�ר�� for providing internship opportunities at companies like TABASCO who are both global and local.�Ӱ�ר���

"The biology department is extremely vast in the research areas it covers, from genetics, to ecology, to neuroscience and medical research. I love that the department brings all these different areas together and provides opportunities to learn about research being done outside my focus,"

�Ӱ�ר���UL Lafayette�Ӱ�ר���s mechanical engineering program is renowned across the South. And what better language to learn for engineering than German? Germany has some of the most well-known companies in machinery and automotives in the world.�Ӱ�ר���  

�Ӱ�ר���This university and city has become a home to me in no time, and I have no intentions of ever leaving it.�Ӱ�ר���
