�Ӱ�ר���With the help of the professors and their vast knowledge, this major will prepare anyone who goes through it to succeed in the world.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���The industrial sector can be made safer for the environment, and although a peculiar route, I believe that chemical engineering holds the key to an eco-friendly industry in the future. I hope to better our environment in any way I can, and I believe this is the best major for that.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���We hope other installations can see what we�Ӱ�ר���ve done and emulate that. Mitigating the risk from severe weather is going to protect our people. They are our most important resource.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I found that there was a community of electrical engineering students �Ӱ�ר��� and I do not just mean the people I took classes with. I was able to meet so many people who were above me who have left a lasting impression with the advice they gave me, and I will continue the cycle.�Ӱ�ר���

"The Department of Petroleum Engineering provides students with certifications that are needed to begin immediately working in the industry, exposing students to a variety of software applications that are used industry-wide, hands-on laboratories, and regular tours to rigs and other oil and gas-related facilities. I'm leaving the program with the skills and knowledge I need to have a successful career in oil and gas.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I personally chose this program (engineering technology) because it is a unique degree. I liked how it touched on all the engineering disciplines, electrical, mechanical, and civil. It seemed to me that someone with the degree was more versatile in their field and had a business optimization side to them as well.�Ӱ�ר���

"There are so many unexpected opportunities for me UL Lafayette. One door after another has been opened for me. It�Ӱ�ר���s turned me into a completely different person that I never would have expected.�Ӱ�ר��� 

�Ӱ�ר���I chose to study mechanical engineering because I enjoy problem-solving and helping people. Plus, I've always enjoyed building things and I have an aptitude for math. UL Lafayette�Ӱ�ר���s engineering program really drew me in when I came to tour the �Ӱ�ר��.�Ӱ�ר���
