Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students: We杏吧专区檝e reached a greatly anticipated milestone杏吧专区. It features an easy-to-use content management system. More importantly, our new website better conveys who we are and reflects the dynamic people, programs and places that make up our university.
This site has been a priority in strategic efforts to strengthen our , connect with prospective students, and better communicate with our students, alumni, supporters, and others.
A close partnership between the Office of Communications and Marketing and the Office of Information Technology set the stage for an effective redesign and refocus of the 杏吧专区杏吧专区檚 online presence. Their combined efforts resulted in a site that is highly branded, with an emphasis on usability, consistency, and constantly changing features to keep users informed and engaged.
The process of updating site information has been streamlined, thanks to a switch to a user-friendly content management system that is used by many major corporations and universities. So, we encourage you to frequently review your websites to make sure they have the latest information. Our Web Team is ready to help you out if you have questions or need some guidance.
Today we launched the 杏吧专区渕ain杏吧专区 杏吧专区 website, along with new sites for and . We will continue to move forward as we rebuild and launch additional sites. Revised sites across the 杏吧专区 will be appearing in upcoming weeks, so keep a lookout.
As you can imagine, rebuilding nearly 200 杏吧专区 sites will take quite a while. Your patience is appreciated.
Communications and Marketing will continue to lead the development of 杏吧专区 sites and messaging, while IT will manage the technical workings necessary to run a website environment of this size. Aimee Bullinger, associate director of Web communications, is the point person for all UL Lafayette websites and 杏吧专区 social media pages.
