Introducing Office Hours for Web Ambassadors

Hello Web Ambassadors!

Office Hours

First starters, we want to announce Office Hours. We have had several requests to create Office Hours, which will give Web Ambassadors the opportunity to sit with either myself or Elizabeth Rose-Arcuri with the Office of Communications and Marketing to sit and go over your questions. We can work with you on anything you need, whether it is content or structure questions.

I have reserved Stephens Hall room 109A (which is directly across the hall from the IT Service Desk) on Monday afternoons from 3:30-4:30 and Elizabeth and myself will be there to work with you. Bring all your questions!

We will be there weekly. Please feel free to subscribe to the training@louisiana.edu calendar and you can see when these office are and other training opportunities. Let us know by emailing training@louisiana.edu if you want us to subscribe you to the Training Calendar.

Announcing Microsoft Teams

One of our future projects is a Team site using Microsoft Teams!

At this point everyone has access to Microsoft Teams Chat Features, however we will be building a collaborative Team for Web ambassadors to ask questions, grab files or other information about the website and features coming up.

You can .

We hope to see you on September 30th from 3:30-4:30 in Stephens 109A or at any one of our Office Hours sessions.
