RequirementsYou are required to have a 1.5 cumulative GPA to be considered for readmission to UL Lafayette. If you are on academic suspension, you need to before you can apply for readmission. To be granted admissions, you must be eligible to return to all previous institutions of enrollment.
That GPA requirement applies to all colleges or universities you have attended, including UL Lafayette, community colleges, or other institutions.
If you attended another college or university since your time at UL Lafayette, you should apply for transfer admission.

Fill out the Confidential Financial Guarantee form. Submit it along with a current bank statement.
You donÐÓ°ÉרÇø™t have to submit this form if you are a refugee or permanent resident.
All students must before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.
You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.
You are able to submit electronic versions of these forms when you fill out your application line.
