�Ӱ�ר���Our entire program is dedicated to preparing us for our job. Rather than taking tests and doing homework, we go out into the field and write stories like real reporters. I feel confident in my craft and I learn something new about journalism every single day.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���My favorite part about nursing would have to be the clinical portion. Learning the duties and responsibilities of a nurse is great, but actually performing those activities is completely different. You began to feel as though you�Ӱ�ר���re actually a nurse.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���Without coming here, I wouldn�Ӱ�ר���t know the things I can do with my major or can do with my knowledge. Now, I see you can work for the government, work in brain surgery, work in engineering �Ӱ�ר��� everything comes together. You see where physics fits everywhere.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���This program and Moot Court have prepared me very well for being able to see both sides of an issue, making case briefs, writing appellate briefs, and being able to argue and think on my feet �Ӱ�ר��� all of the really invaluable things for what's to come in law school.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I chose to study sociology because I was always fascinated with the subject, ever since I took it in high school. I wanted to learn how society affects the way individuals think, act, and react to different issues. Since being in the program, I have become more passionate about sociology.�Ӱ�ר��� 

�Ӱ�ר���Our university consists of many different clubs, activities, and interests that brings students together and help them get involved. There are many different factors about UL Lafayette that met my ideal expectations of the perfect university to help me achieve my goals.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���Spanish is the first thing in my life I�Ӱ�ר���ve felt passionate about to the extent that I want to pursue it as a career. UL Lafayette provided me with the ability to explore that passion in an environment where exploration is encouraged.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���There are so many youthful and energetic people who want to work and make a difference, and that truly inspires me. From all the students in my studios, I see how dedicated they are, how responsible they are, how really driven they are to do this, to our professors who all have completely different backgrounds. It all comes together in this wonderful place.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I love being a theatre major because I�Ӱ�ר���m constantly faced with creative problem-solving and hands-on learning. Focusing on design and tech allows me to fulfill my passion of combining aesthetic sensibilities with very technical skills.�Ӱ�ר���

�Ӱ�ר���I loved how supportive the professors in my program were, truly making us feel supported every step of the way. I loved how each class promoted a sense of open-mindedness and taught us about facing adversity. I feel my program assisted me in learning about not just a future job field, but skills to utilize in relationships and friendships as well.�Ӱ�ר���
